The dining table seats 10 with additional seating inside at the bar and outside on the screened-in porch. Some of the updated features include: two 55" LCD 4K smart/Roku TVs, Blu-ray/DVD player, high speed internet, cable/satellite, new mattresses, large side-by-side refrigerator, front-load washer, dryer, and a large six-burner barbecue grill. There is a second refrigerator on the main level as well. The private dock has a 10 x 24 covered slip, 8 x 16 swim platform, and two kayaks are available for you to use. Due to the private location, you can swim or lounge in calm water all day. Several nearby marinas offer boat and pwc rentals. Early check-in or late checkouts are permitted with prior approval. We also provide bed linens, bath towels, bath and hand soap, dishwashing, dishwasher, and laundry detergent, fabric softener sheets, and trash bags.
