The space Welcome to our newly expanded villa overlooking Lake Lyster and Mont Pinnacle, designed to blend modern comfort with the tranquility of Coaticook’s nature. With five closed bedrooms (6th bedroom is available with air beds on request) , including a new garden-floor suite with a king bed and sofa bed, the home sleeps up to 18 guests—perfect for families, friends, or retreats. Set on a vast private lot, it’s a four-season playground: kids can sled down gentle slopes in winter or explore the woods in warmer months. The front patio with BBQ invites outdoor dining with sweeping views of the lake and mountains, while the back patio features a brand-new Jacuzzi hot tub surrounded by forest serenity. Enjoy a drink around the firepit under starry skies and watch the sunset reflect on the lake. ✨ Main Floor An open-concept layout combines the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with large bay windows framing stunning views. The living room offers a wood-burning fireplace and a 55" smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and more. The kitchen includes all essentials—dishwasher, cookware, fondue, raclette, air-fryer oven, toaster, and both drip coffee maker (with coffee & milk powder included) and Nespresso machine (Vertuo capsules not included). The master bedroom features a king bed, workspace, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with towel heater, and direct access to the Jacuzzi. A second spa-like bathroom has a claw-foot tub with forest views. A daybed lounge with twin beds sleeps two additional guests. Ceiling fans keep the lounge, dining area, and master bedroom breezy. 🛏️ Top Floor Three bright bedrooms, each with queen beds, scenic views, and tower fans. Two rooms include work or study spaces—ideal for kids or remote workers. A newly renovated powder room completes this level. 🌿 Ground Floor A spacious bedroom with a king bed and sofa bed sleeps four and opens to garden and mountain views. This level also features a second living room with a fireplace and bar, plus a games room with a professional pool table and panoramic bay windows. The bathroom includes a shower with pressure body jets for a spa-like experience. No partying is allowed. No-smoking / No-drugs. Respect the 11:00 p.m. curfew for noise. Check-out / Departure: 1. Take out all garbage and put them in the big garbage bin at the back of the house. Same for all recycle items. 2.Throw away any food or beverages in the fridge and keep fridge empty. 3. Start the dishwasher 1 hour before leaving the house and please don’t leave any dirty dishes. 4. Place all wet towels in a bathtub 5. Please leave on time as we have guests arriving same day most of the time and housekeeping needs time to clean up the place. 6. Please make sure that the spa is clean and cover the spa with the spa cover. You must leave the chalet by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure unless you have made a special arrangement with us. Here are a few reminders to facilitate the transition of our visitors: Doors & Windows: make sure they are closed and that the doors are locked. Turn off lights and fans. BBQ: turn off the propane tank if you have used it. Towels: put away towels, washcloths and dishcloths used in the bath. Appliances: Please ensure that the following appliances are not running: stove/oven, washer, dryer. Key: If you used a key, after locking the door, put it back in the outside key box and lock it. Please leave us a note to let us know if anything was not working, broken or missing during your stay so we can fix it. Please feel free to share your appreciation of the place after your stay in our property. Declaration - We have security camera outside the property monitoring the drive-way and entrance to the property. We have video doorbell also for security purposes.
