Beautiful garden flat in De Beauvoir

Our home is a 3 bedroom garden floor apartment set in the heart of highly desirable De Beauvoir Town - a Georgian estate situated between Islington and Hackney. The property has a beautiful garden with a patio, an outdoor table and BBQ. The living room and kitchen is flooded with light and opens up to the garden. De Beauvoir Town is home to charming local pubs with the buzzing Dalston a short walk away. The space The third bedroom is small and has a single bed that’s only 170 cm long (5’6 feet). This works great for a child or shorter adult. The Master Bedroom is light and airy with moulded ceilings and a super kingsized bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed that sleeps two comfortably. It also has a small desk and work space. The living room area has a large dining table, island, couch and projector screen that can be pulled down for TV and movie experiences. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens straight to the garden. Guest access All areas apart from some storage cupboards/some closets. Other things to note Worth noting is that we usually live in the flat except for when we rent it out. This means you should not expect an “empty hotel room” like some Airbnb’s are. Rather it’s a real home full of personality, charm and design! We hope you’ll love it and look after it as much as we do.
