The apartment is new, air-conditioned, and will make you feel right at home. This is a main residence, (thus more personalized, and fully equipped) but free part of the year. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160 x 200) as well as storage space for your personal belongings. A 22 m2 living room with a sofa for your evenings. A fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washing machine. You can enjoy a charming 21 m2 outdoor area, including breakfast under the birdsong. A plancha is available for your barbecues. Please note AIR CONDITIONING and heating in winter: The apartment has reversible air conditioning for all living and bedroom rooms. There is heating in the bathroom. But no wall heater in the bedroom. Given the temperatures in Marseille, it was not considered necessary to install additional heating in the room. An ultra-quiet fan is also available if necessary to replace the air conditioning (for people who prefer it).
