The property consists of two independent apartments with their own separate kitchens, bathrooms and porches. The rest outdoor areas are shared by both apartments. Let’s explain it more specifically. The first apartment consists of: The main area which functions as both a kitchen and a living room. This space provides a kitchen sitting area (one table and 4 chairs), large fridge with freezer, 4 burner stovetop, oven and sink as well as a 3 seater couch which can also turn into a bed (in case the booking is for more than 4 people), a TV and a swinging chair. There is also a small desk with a chair that can be used as a working space. Next room is the bedroom which offers a double bed and wardrobe and finally the bathroom where there is a bath/shower, WC and a sink. In this house’s porch there is a sitting area (a coffee table, 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs) and also a dining table & 4 chairs. The second apartment consists of a small multipurpose area, it can function as a bedroom (in case the booking is for more than 4 people) as it offers a single bed or you can use it as a sitting space. Then there is the bedroom which has a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen consists of a sitting space (a table and 2 chairs), a fridge, a stovetop with 4 burners, a sink and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, WC and a sink and this house’s porch provides a dining table with 4 chairs as well. The rest outdoor spaces are shared by both houses and they consist of the beautiful garden, multiple sitting spaces, a garage, a 2 seater swing chair, a hammock, an outdoor shower and other items.
