The Studio - Central and Modern

Located steps away from Cumberland's vibrant main street and expansive forest trail network, The Studio is the perfect place to stay! Whether you'll be shredding the gnar on the trails, or skiing the powder on Mt. Washington, we have you covered! There is a dedicated hose and space for bike washing, and an indoor space for bikes and skis. The suite is a studio space with everything you need to relax after a day of adventuring. The space The Studio is a ground-floor studio suite with a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry rooms. There is a small outdoor space for barbecuing and relaxing. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire suite and adjacent outdoor area. Other things to note The main house above The Studio is a family home including small children and pets. The Studio is soundproofed, however, there is the potential for a bit of noise transfer especially footsteps as we get everyone out the door in the mornings. For long term guests (more than 7 nights) there will be an additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for more information :) As per AirBNB policy, we are unable to host guests who have been booked by a third party profile (booking for your parents with your account, etc). These circumstances lead to potential issues with insurance and liability. If you are wanting to book for someone else, please consider helping them make their own account so they can book themselves. E-bikes purchased from anywhere other that a traditional bike shop (or that are not from one of the large, well known bike manufacturers) are NOT ALLOWED in the suite or anywhere on our property. This is due to the risk of fire that they present. If you are unsure about your bike, please reach out ahead of time.
