Well-being and fresh air, escape to the Gers countryside to enjoy the beauty of the landscapes and gastronomy. How about a panoramic view every morning to admire the golden lights and sunsets that are so different every evening. Our cottage is located in an area of 16,000 m2 which houses the owners' house and your future vacation accommodation. 50 minutes from Toulouse and 20 minutes from Auch, it can accommodate 15 people in 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The space An ideal place to meet with family, games for children, swing, slide, children's hut... but also with friends, private heated pool from May, petanque court, plancha. The accommodation includes three cottages: The "La Bergerie" cottage offers four bedrooms with individual shower rooms, an equipped kitchen and two terraces, one of which is covered. A studio for two people with kitchenette offers views of the pool area. The cottage located in the main house has three bedrooms at the back of the house, with a fully equipped kitchen and a 70 m² living room including a large table for 15 guests, a living room with fireplace and a piano. The front part of the master house is reserved for the owners. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay, quiet and surrounded by nature. Kitchen equipment: -3 Ovens -3 induction cooktops - 2 dishwashers - A large combined fridge-freezer + 2 other fridges -3 coffee makers (classic filter + 3 ©L'Or capsule coffee makers) -Kettles, toaster, microwave, juicer - Basic kitchen items included (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sponges, dish towels, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets...) The cottage is very easy to access by car and parking is possible on the property for 8 vehicles. Linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival. -We will welcome you upon arrival to show you around your vacation home. - No pets allowed - End-of-stay cleaning is included. However, guests will have to leave the house in good order before their departure, remove the sheets and towels used and empty their garbage cans (bathroom and toilet garbage cans, selective sorting of glass, packaging, household waste: instructions on site) to deposit them in the village containers. - No outside guests beyond the mentioned sleeping capacity (15 people) are allowed.
