Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The space It is an ancient stone Trulli villa, immersed in the Apulian countryside, just a short way away from Salento. The property is in Valle d Itria, where the landscape is unique and one of the most beautiful in Puglia. The villa has five double bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms (2 with bidet), a local stone kitchen, a stone floor, and high conical ceilings crossed by ancient wooden beams. As soon as you enter the property, on the right side, there is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances. On the left, there is a bathroom with a shower. From the kitchen, it is possible to access the outside area where there is the wood-burning oven and the outdoor patio. Between the kitchen and the first bathroom, there is a living room with a round table that has eight chairs and a red leather sofa. From this living room, there is access to the first two bedrooms. The one on the right (bedroom 1) has a private bathroom and a window that overlooks the pool. The other bedroom (bedroom 2) is located on the left side. Beds 1 and 2 are built on a traditional stone bedframe. From bedroom number two there is access to a third room that we call library. In the library, there is a versatile sofa that can be converted into an additional comfortable double bed. This room has also an independent private access. From the library there is access to the third bedroom (bedroom 3) equipped with a private bathroom including a bidet, a large shower, and the washing machine. From here, it is also possible to access the outdoor patio where there is the swimming pool. The fourth bedroom (bedroom 4) is reached from outside the property as trulli have outside steps to the roof. It is unique because is located in the dome of a trullo and is equipped with a circular mattress with a diameter of 210 centimeters. The huge swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests of the property. The pool measures 15m x 5m (with deep bottom) and is equipped with a diving board. On the outdoor patio facing the pool, there is a long stone table under the pergola. Other things to note All bedrooms have bedside tables or niches with reading lamps. Each bedroom has a stone floor and custom-made windows with built-in mosquito nets and shutters. All doors are handcrafted from wood with traditional locks. There are woolen blankets and duvets for the winter. Two pillows and four towels are available for each person. Also, pool towels are provided to each guests. Each room has a conical trullo ceiling. The house has its own cistern (well) for water, a barbecue, and a wood-burning oven for cooking outdoors (pizza and focaccia).
