Spacious deck： Guests can enjoy a relaxing outdoor experience on the deck at the ground floor. As the sun sets, gather around the patio table for BBQ. It's the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. The ground floor * AC * a king bed * a futon * a full bathroom * 65"TV * washer and dryer The second floor * AC * a queen bed * a sofa * a full kitchen * dining table set * a full bathroom The attic floor * AC * a double bed * a sofa bed Guest access No smoking in the house. The entire house is exclusively owned by the guests without sharing with the landlord. You can use the BBQ，sunbathing on the deck or enjoy the sunset of the bay. The kayak and the trampoline are free to use but at your own risk. Other things to note The attic is not suited for young kids or seniors. It is not city water but the filter tap water is drinkable. The driveway to the property is steep and winding .AWD or 4*4 is recommended but usually not necessary unless when snowy or icy. Each floor is a relatively independat and open for the sake of spaciousness, brightness ,and comfort. There are no doors for each bed. It is suitable for close friends or families to enjoy a wonderful holiday. when you feel relaxed and enjoyment here, all our efforts are worth it.
