Centrally located second floor apartment with separate entrance and private bathroom, perfect for short and long stays. It has a stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV with Netflix, double bed, sofa bed, hammocks, ceiling fan, internet and parking. It is located 4 blocks from the main market, a 15-minute walk from the ADO bus station, Museum and main park, and 2 blocks from the Oxxo and the vans that go to Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The space The room is on the second floor of our house, with a private entrance. The property is closed, so it is completely safe, you can leave your car (if you have) in our parking lot. The bathroom is private and there is a small step to climb. Outside the room there is a terrace-type hallway perfect for enjoying the afternoon/night and the fresh air. There is also a screen from which you can connect your laptop and watch your movies. We have pets that share our patio (parking) but they are friendly. The kitchen area has a coffee maker, pans, dishes, stove and some supplies such as salt, sugar, oil and coffee. Guest access Parking. Other things to note Pets are prohibited.
