The space A contemporary heated/air conditioned ground floor suite surrounded by trees offering all the amenities to allow for a relaxing getaway. A secluded deck off the bedroom is complete with a retractable awning in case of rain, a BBQ and a firepit for evening enjoyment. Please provide your own life jacket of the size you personally require. Guest access Access to the ground floor suite is through a private coded lock entry. A second exit door from the bedroom leads to a private deck sheltered from above and looking out to the back yard. A fire pit is there (when local fire regulations permit) and a BBQ is also provided on the deck. Ample parking is conveniently beside the entrance and should you happen to have a boat in tow, that too is fine as there is plenty of room. Other things to note No need for bottled water. Pristene water comes from our 280-foot deep drilled well.
