Mountain bikers, pump up your tires! You are a 20 second bike ride to the nearest trails. Our place will put you in the middle of all that NWA has to offer. Downtown is a mere 1.8 miles if you want to explore the farmer's market on the square. More of a foodie? The 8th Street Market has loads of different cuisines for you to choose from. Art lover? Head over to the Momentary or Crystal Bridges. From our place you can't lose when it comes to enjoying all of Bentonville's amenities! The space Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Bentonville. The recently renovated downstairs allows easy, private access into your climate controlled studio. You can choose to lounge on the sofas or sleep in on the very comfortable mattresses. There is a full sized bed and queen sized bed for you. With a full kitchen you have the choice to cook for yourself or take a short trip into town. You can’t lose! Guest access Guests have access to the downstairs area of the house with private entrance and lock code. Other things to note We live in a quiet neighborhood that cherishes privacy and peace. Everyone here is kind and respectful and expects the same in return. We appreciate that our guests acknowledge this and do the same. This allows everyone to enjoy our beautiful area. No pets, parties or smoking! AirBnB lists our property as having four beds - this is inaccurate. We have two beds that sleep up to four people. This is a studio apartment in the downstairs portion of our home.
