Twenty minutes to SF, one block to beach, fire pit

This top floor condo is the perfect place to relax or work remotely. Chill on the expansive deck, warmed by a fire pit, and fall asleep to peekaboo ocean views and the sounds of the ocean. There's 200+ mbps internet and a workspace. It was recently redecorated and has premium mattresses (Tempurpedic and Bryte). It's walking distance to the beach, breweries, an 18-hole golf course and gorgeous coastal hiking. And it's just 20 minutes from downtown SF and 15 minutes to SFO airport. The space You'll walk up a flight up stairs to enter the top-floor condo. It has a large balcony with outdoor seating, lounger, and fire pit. Otherwise quiet, from the bedrooms you can hear the ocean & see peekaboo ocean views. In the living room, there's a smart TV with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime video. There is also a twin sofabed. Kitchen and dining area are outfitted with everything you need to make a great meal. There's also a dedicated workspace. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size luxury bed and one with a queen Tempurpedic and a twin XL trundle bed. There is free parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Street parking is free and easy. There's free laundry underneath the unit. It is shared with other units so you may see other people going in and out of the area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo and the private balcony. Other things to note No parties and the group must be quiet after 10 PM outside. Guests cannot bring more than the specified number of people. We live nearby and have picky neighbors so we thank you for your understanding :)
