The apartment can accommodate one or two couples or a small family and offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay: bright living room with sofa bed, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, bedroom with queen-size bed and large walk-in closet, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Each room has a window, making the whole place particularly pleasant to stay in. A real plus for active travelers: a storage room is available to keep a bike if needed, and the B27 fitness center is just a 3-minute walk away. Guest access The location is one of its great assets: you are in the very center, with shops, restaurants and the market accessible in a few minutes on foot, while enjoying a quiet environment. The Serre Chevalier ski lifts are 700 meters away (about a 10-minute walk), as are the beautiful old town and the Cité Vauban, which are also within a 10-minute walk. Nearby, you can also enjoy the Parc de la Schappe, as well as the very beautiful Parc des Sports de Briançon, with its beautiful outdoor pool in the summer and its many activities. Here, everything invites you to enjoy the mountains in all seasons: hiking, biking, climbing, rafting, paragliding, canyoning in summer; downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and deep breaths of fresh air in winter.
