This peaceful space (3 bdrm/1 bath ONLY), in the foothills of Sierra Nevada offers retreat-style comfort. Rooms w/ private entrances. Outdoor dining/lounge. Heated pool May-Sep; Jacuzzi dry sauna in fall/winter. Located just about an hr. from Lake Tahoe, Napa, State Capitol, close to Am. River, Folsom Lake & more. Great for hiking, fishing, white water rafting, mtn. biking, winter sports, wine/beer tasting. Heart of the gold country. We also offer trailer parking. The space We are located between 2 forty-acre farm properties. No immediate neighbors. No traffic, beautiful views, quiet and cozy. Outdoor BBQ (gas grill or webber charcoal grill) or smoker for cooking/no kitchen access. Heated pool in spring and summer and Jacuzzi dry sauna with chromotherapy in fall and winter. Guest access Each bedroom has a private entrance. The space includes a mini frig, microwave, coffee & tea pot and light snacks to share. The bathroom is large with 2 sinks and a separate area for shower/tub. Plenty of outdoor seating available. Guests can use bbq (propane or charcoal). No kitchen access. During your stay Some special needs equipment are available upon request: shower bench, shower handles, commode, toilet riser, bed rail. Additionally, a roll-away twin bed is available upon request $30.00 extra. Other things to note We, the caretakers, live on the property at the opposite end of the house on 2nd floor. Kitchen & fam. rm. not available to guests unless special request is made. Space for horse trailer. We will not be interacting with guests. But, we will be available if needed with a text.
