There is a common living room and a fully stocked kitchen shared by the house. Wi-fi is available and the room has Roku streaming services. Guest access Guests have access to the room(s) they have reserved as well as the kitchen and living room. Long term guests can have access to the laundry room as well. Other things to note Please note this room is on the second floor and has a narrow, steep staircase. This is a house but the rooms are rented out separately. Whole house rental is available upon approval. There is a keypad at the front door and the code for entrance is the last 4 digits of the cell phone used for the reservation.
