Summer green vacation home - idyll with garden

The 110 m² spacious apartment Sommergrün with direct garden access is located in our listed house from 1870 and was stylishly and comfortably renovated with a lot of love, patience and passion. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms. The spacious living area with the adjoining, above-average well-equipped kitchen, invites you to linger even on rainy days. In the private garden, dining area, sun loungers and a grill are available. The space The location of the historic farmhouse directly on the edge of the field, without traffic, offers those seeking relaxation a lot of peace. When renovating the 100 m² apartment, we placed particular emphasis on tasteful design and individual, high-quality furnishings. That is why, for example, the kitchen is particularly well equipped, so that nothing should be missing when cooking. A large assortment of dishes awaits you and from the cake baking dish to the blender you will find just about everything. The fully automatic espresso machine is filled with a starter portion of espresso beans upon your arrival, so you don't have to worry about the first cups of coffee ;-). In the spacious living/dining room you can look from the comfortable sofa into the garden to the horizon or on cold days into the crackling fire in the fireplace. The cozy bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, in which you can also spend a whole vacation day in the cozy bedding... The large, bright bathroom has a modern floor-level shower and a double sink. In the private garden area, there is a large dining area, sun loungers and a Weber grill for pleasant hours outdoors. You will find pads and blankets for cool hours in the apartment. The property is about 8000 m² and invites you to take small walks. Due to the furnishings of the apartment and the ground-level entrance, the apartment is also well suited for guests who are restricted in their freedom of movement. The apartment is part of the vacation home "1870 Uckermark." In the attic is the Himmelblau vacation loft, which can accommodate up to 6 people. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Guest access The apartment is at your disposal alone, including the private garden area with outdoor dining area, grill and deck chairs. The spacious communal garden in the back of the property is open to all residents for strolling and lingering. Other things to note In the attic of the house is the apartment "Himmelblau" (with its own garden) as well as the mini apartment "Jägerhütte" The side house and garden has been used by us (for 16 years) privately, as a vacation and weekend home and has now become our second home :-)
