House on Cartago Island with a private pool

The house 130,42 sq m is located in the center of Empuriabrava on the canal. It has three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garage and a swimming pool on the roof. It is located on an island with unique architecture. You will live in a 10-15-minute walk to the central beach, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We accept pets for an additional fee of 20 euros per stay. We will block a EUR 200 security deposit from your card on the day of arrival and return it on the day of departure. The space The terrace is located at the level of the garage near the water and is a common area for unloading and boarding passengers for boats from neighboring houses. The living room and kitchen are on the floor above. The pool dimensions are 2m by 4 m. Guest access All rooms of the house are provided for your use. Bed linen and towels are included in the price of the booking. Linen is changed once a week and is included in the price. You can also ask for a change of linen at any time for an additional fee. Other things to note We accept animals for an additional fee of 20 euros per stay. Our house is non-smoking, we charge a fine for smoking in the house. Parties and events are not allowed.
