My house is located in Breisach-Gündlingen directly on the outskirts of the village, with direct access to a dirt road. This leads not far away into a forest area and to the Rimsinger quarry lake. The house is very spacious, everyone has their privacy. Cleanliness and hygiene are my top priority. The space I live in the lower part of the house myself. On the upper floor (2nd + 3rd floor) I have 4 single rooms and this double room, which I rent to guests. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen and dining room on the 2nd floor, a guest toilet and a shared bathroom with another toilet. Guest access The property is ideal for business travelers. I am also happy to accommodate families who can use the bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, guest toilet, and terrace alone. Booking is only possible via the individual rooms, not via the function of an apartment with several rooms. Reason: I have many business travelers who book individually. Check-in is straightforward and very flexible. If I am not there, it is possible to check in yourself. A key safe is available (you will receive the code at check-in). Other things to note Tourist tax is to be paid to the city of Breisach: business travelers who work in Breisach or districts of Breisach do not pay a visitor's tax. Tourist travelers or business travelers outside Breisach, the visitor's tax is 2 euros/day. For children from 3 - 14 years and severely disabled of 80% the tourist tax is 1 euro / day. Afterwards you will receive a Konus card, with which you have the following advantages: discounts at tourist attractions, discounts on admission to the Breisach outdoor pool, cheap admission to the festival in Breisach (only in the summer months), free rides by bus from Breisach to Freiburg. New from 06/29/2024: There is a grocery store without staff in the village, opening hours: 5 am - 11 pm. Payment is only possible with a credit card. Many regional farm shops can be found in the surrounding area. "Rothaus" Address: Landhof Rothaus 3, 79206 Breisach - is an organic shop with cafe / bistro 2 km from my place. There is a very good rich assortment in the health food store, super homemade baked goods and cakes. There is a good bus connection from Gündlingen to Breisach and Freiburg. In Breisach, it is possible to change to the SB train to Freiburg. It goes via Ihringen, where you can also get on. Please note that there is no bus connection from Gündlingen to Ihringen. The SB train from Breisach also goes to the Kaiserstuhl and its municipalities. There you will find the wine-growing area with volcanic soil with beautiful hiking trails. We recommend a stop at the restaurant, for "Lenzenberg" or in the "Liliental". The Tuniberg, another hiking area, is not far from the property. We are 6 km from the French border (Colmar 30 km away / Strasbourg 90 km away), 60 km from the Swiss border (Basel), Europapark is 60 km away, Karlsruhe 140 km away, Freiburg is 22 km away.
