Cozy Mountain Duplex Cabin at The Ranch Retreat

Bring your family, friends, and horses! Come enjoy this unique and tranquil mountain getaway nestled in the Manzano Mountains. We are located at 395 4th of July road, approximately an hour drive from Albuquerque in the Cibola National Forest. Our 46 acre ranch backs up to thousands of acres of public land for riding, hiking, or just enjoying nature. We are a full equestrian facility here at The Ranch Retreat. Stay in our newly remodeled units in this peaceful setting. The space This is a single bedroom studio with two twin beds . This dwelling has a fully furnished kitchen with four burner stove, microwave, toaster oven and all utensils including pots ,pans, glasses, coffee pot, etc. A small propane bbq is available for guests to use. This rental is part of a duplex. Both units are available for vacation rental. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located in bathroom closet. Smoke and carbon monoxide detector are in proper working order. Another twin bed can be added upon request. Guest access All guests bringing horses have access to the arena and equestrian facility. Clean sanitized corals are available for nightly rental. Round pen is also available for use. We are currently putting in two turn out areas so guests can let horses stretch out after travel. Guests will have access all trails on property as well as vegetable garden upon request. Horseshoe pits are available to all guests. We also have two hookups for rv or living quarters trailers with septic. Other things to note If you are bringing horses...... Bring coggins and health certificate. Its best to send me a link with that information ahead of your arrival. Please Please try to remember to bring buckets for water. We have some extras for loan but its always best if you come prepared. We are new and have a very sanitary facility and want to keep it that way so we ask for your consideration in that department. We will have chips available for corals and soon will have hay available for sale as well. Make sure you let us know ahead of time how many horses you are bringing so we can have boarding available.
