The space This is a brand new renovated space, set up for guest use. Merely a 15-minute drive to the airport, 18 mins drive to Downtown and less than a one-minute walk to the bus stop. Arriving through the walkout entrance, you will proceed a couple of stairs to the lower floor unit. When downstairs, you will have your own private laundry (washer and dryer) which is in a separate closet away from the sleeping quarters. The main living area of the unit boasts ultimate functionality and efficient use of space. A TV, Xbox 360 and comfortable sofa make up the living area with a dining space Two bedrooms have 2 queen beds and the Sofa bed is a queen bed The kitchen has a dining room and full-size appliances. Guest access You will have private and secure access to the entire lower floor. There will be other guests residing in the upper unit of the home. There is a door which is locked from both sides so that you cannot access the other suite. The backyard is private Other things to note This is a basement suite with people staying above. We expect that both units are respectful of the noise from one unit to the next. Being a basement suite you will be subject to possibly greater noise, however, we ensure this is respectful and should it not be we are happy to rectify any situation. Registration number BL257483
