Amazing location in the heart of Queen West and King West perfect for 2 people looking for a home base close to everything! Very accessible via public transit. Please be aware this is a bustling neighbourhood and we live upstairs. If you are looking for something quiet and serene this might not be the perfect spot for you. The suite is completely private inside with its own kitchen and bathroom. There is an interior staircase that leads into the main floor of the house, it is only to be used as an additional fire exit/emergency. Other things to note Must be ok with potentially meeting the dog on the patio. She’s very sweet and friendly. This is a basement apartment and doesn’t have a ton of natural light but there is a lot of lighting to create a very bright or cozy atmosphere. The ceilings are not very high so please be cautious of bulkheads. There is paid parking on the street. Happy to help with the permit. You will hear us upstairs during the day/evening.
