Rio Provence

The gîte is located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Baronnies Provençales, between lavenders, lime trees and the Ouvèze. This river (Rio in Spanish) is privately accessible and borders the one-hectare grounds, which offer numerous spaces (river beach, reading corner, meadow, playground) where a magnificent swimming pool (10x5m) is also integrated. 🐕🐈 Garden is enclosed & pets are welcome (a pet fee applies). Please make sure to mention in your booking if you’re bringing a pet. The space Independent 160 m² cottage spread over two floors, located along a quiet country road. Just past the two linden trees, you'll discover a lovingly renovated house, decorated in a unique style with Cuban touches. Additional heaters in the “Carpentry” bedrooms. Heating in every room of the Studio. Guest access Covered parking for two cars is available at the entrance of the property. There is ample space for additional vehicles, camper vans, etc., if needed. The house and outdoor areas are entirely private and reserved exclusively for guests. Our main residence adjoins the gîte’s grounds. We have a chicken coop, and our hens roam freely in our garden. They do not enter the gîte area, but we kindly ask you to always keep the gate to the chicken coop closed to avoid any mishaps. Other things to note Our gîte home embraces an eco-friendly approach. This is reflected in our efforts to reduce energy consumption, use renewable energy sources, eliminate plastic waste, and choose environmentally friendly cleaning products. We maintain all green spaces using permaculture principles—working in harmony with the surrounding nature, encouraging fertile interactions, and using elements that serve multiple purposes to move toward self-sufficiency. A small shared vegetable garden is available to guests (herbs, lettuces, berries), along with a compost bin.
