Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This lovely villa situated exactly on the first sea-line on the Paphos coast, just 15 meters only from the Mediterranean shoreline. The villa has it's own private swimming-pool, patio and barbeque. The pool with walk-in steps is directly in front to the sea. The pool can be heated (at an extra charge) so can be enjoyed all year round. There are sun beds, umbrellas, tables, and chairs around the paved terrace facing the sea. The space Cy Gov Licence no: PAF 0000431 Enjoy, during your stay in the villa, amazing view of the sea and unforgettable sunsets of the romantic surroundings. The large, open-plan living-room is equipped with a log fire-place, CD music center, satellite TV (limited channels) and tasteful furniture. Patio doors open on out on to the terrace that has steps leading down to the pool area. The light and airy dining-room and kitchen are fully equipped. There is a large dining table and seating for 8 persons. The master bedroom on the ground floor boasts a large Jacuzzi and has patio doors leading out to the swimming pool area. The other 2 bedrooms are set in the upper floor offering panoramic sea views from the balconies. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning units free of charge, which can be used for either cooling or heating. Also there is air con in the sitting area charge EURO 10 per night. The villa provides HEATED POOL charge EURO 80 per night. Paphos airport 25km, Larnaka airport 135km, Nearest supermarket 1km, kiosk 500meters, tavern 300meters. Location - Paphos: This villa is located between the beach resort of Coral Bay and the town and harbour area of Paphos. Coral Bay is approximately 4 kilometres away whilst the harbour area of Paphos is approximately 8 kilometres away. Although the village produces citrus fruits and olives it is probably most well known for the cultivation of banana plantations, easily identified by their characteristic blue bags rustling in the breeze. Loosely separated into two communities, the coastal area of the village features several hotels, a couple of mini-markets, a growing number of shops and a small selection of eating places covering everything from meze style dining to dishes with a more international flavour. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent and a small selection of water sports are available in the summer months. Set approximately 2 kilometres inland is the residential village with a bank, chemist, two coffee shops, a small high class restaurant and a popular bar where you will find British & locals alike.
