It has wall insulation, a heat pump/aircon, and an HRV outlet to keep you comfortable throughout the year. A bus stop is at the entrance to the cul de sac, or you can walk with stunning views to the CBD in 45 minutes. The space All rooms are separated, fully furnished, and stocked for your comfort. The doorway from the kitchen to the bedroom is part of the internal stairway structure of the house so our taller guests may have to duck for this one! These stairs have a locked door at the top, no one will access this door while you are staying with us. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum so's not to disturb guests but you can expect to hear them in the mornings and early evenings.
