This includes the indoor spaces of the open-plan living-dining-kitchen area, private bedroom and bathroom, as well as an interconnected balcony! They can also access the shared spaces in the complex comprising the two swimming pools, gymnasium with steam and sauna, yoga room, outdoor Jacuzzi and landscaped gardens! Other things to note - Check-in time is at 1500 hrs and check-out time is at 1100 hrs - Your stay is prepaid. 100% of the amount due towards your reservation needs to be paid prior to check-in. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 5000 needs to be paid at check-in. - Guests are requested to deposit their keys with the Acron BNB manager or staff when they leave the premises. Loss of key would lead to a payment of Rs. 5000. - You indemnify the team and management company in the event of loss or damage to your valuables. Kindly keep it locked in the locker at all times. - Swimming pool timings are from 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs. Use of proper swimwear is mandatory. Please note there are no lifeguards on duty, please be careful and swim at your own risk. Children should be looked after, and the guests would be solely responsible if any untoward situation arises with regards to safety around the pool. - Please do not hang any clothes or objects whatsoever from the windows and balconies of the apartment. - Children of the age of 12 years and above would be considered as an adult, and necessary charges will be applied accordingly. - Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the property, including the internal furniture and furnishings, and will compensate for the same accordingly. - Strict ‘no smoking’ policy to be followed in the apartment. Guests are requested to smoke in the balconies and other outdoor spaces. Smoking inside the apartment would lead to a heavy fine of Rs. 5,000. - Littering around the property is strictly prohibited. Guests are requested to dump all waste materials in the dustbins placed at designated areas after segregating it. (Dry or Wet) - Concierge services like taxi bookings, restaurant reservations or other activities are available, for all enquiries guests can contact the manager on duty at any given time. - The management may refuse to accept, or ask the guests to evict - who grossly violate the property’s rules and regulations during the stay, by either damaging the property or by inflicting damage on other guests. - Visitors are not allowed in the apartment and only allowed in the premises after they produce a government-approved photo ID, along with a COVID negative certificate from a competent authority. Visitor timings are from 1000 hrs to 1900 hrs. -Housekeeping services are provided once every 3 days, incase its required before that Rs. 500 is charged additional per service. - Linen will be changed every 3 days. -We do provide toilet rolls and hand wash in toiletries . - As per our policies, our early check in and late check out are chargeable and would also depend on if there are guests the night before/ guest checking in respectively. - Early check in before 9am - ONE NIGHT TARIFF is charged / 9am onwards till 3pm - Rs. 1500 will be charged additional ( subject to availability) -Late check out till 3pm Rs. 1500 is charged additional, Later than that full night charges will be applicable ( Subject to availability) . There are supermarkets and grocery stores, where you can source cooking supplies and other household items. Smoking is allowed only on the balconies.
