Large Open Suite nestled among the Trees

Bright, open floor plan with private entrance and free parking nestled in a quiet residential tree lined cul-de-sac in beautiful Marriottsville. This is a private suite in our home with over 900 square feet of space. It includes an efficiency kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, microwave and hot plate. This suite is a wonderful short term option for professionals & interns. The neighborhood borders Patapsco State Forest which offers hiking, biking, horseback riding and kayaking . The space The suite was built as an addition to our home in 2012. It has a private entrance & includes a large open combined living room/ kitchen area and office which is built over our garage. There is a door between the bedroom and the main house that is locked by the guest. Guest access Guest will have full private access to the living area, bedroom and bathroom. One parking spot is allotted for the rental. There is a deck below our main deck that you are welcome to use. It faces the forest and can be wonderful for watching wildlife or just thinking and relaxing. Tesla charging available. Other things to note There are at least 15 stairs to walk up when entering the suite. We are located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. When it snows, there may be a day before our roads are plowed by the county. This is important to note for travelers who must commute into work. Verizon provides our internet. It has a strong signal 98% of the time. If you plan to have many business meetings, we’d recommend having a hotspot as a back up plan.
