Beautiful Newly Built Home on the Canal in Grandy. Fish, Boat, Canoe, Crab, Duck Hunting in the Fall or relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the Deck. 20 Minutes from The beaches, 10 Min. from the OBX- Waterpark, nearby Golf Courses and Barry's Waterfront Restaurant is a short walk. This is a fully furnished home with a King Bed, Queen Bed, 4 Bunk Beds, 2 Full Baths & Fully Stocked Kitchen & Washer/Dryer, Smart TV's, Fast Internet, Charcoal Grill and Paddleboat and two 10 foot kayaks! The space This is a wonderful property that sits on a canal that is only minutes by Kayak to the Currituck Sound. You can catch a variety of fish right from the backyard and we have provided fishing poles for our guests (use your own bait & Tackle) The home is beautifully decorated and there is a large screen TV in both the Den and the Master bedroom. The Master Bath has a wonderful large soaking tub. You must enjoy the sunsets from the back deck! Guest access Guests have use of the entire property with the following exceptions: 1. Stay off of the pontoon boat docked on the canal in backyard. 2. Closet in the Master Bedroom is the Host closet and off limits to guests. 3. The guests have access to the tall plastic shed at the back corner of the house that holds fishing poles and life vests, etc. There is no access to the wooden shed. Other things to note The Booking Guest must be 25 years of age to book this home. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, paddle boating and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, paddle boating and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, paddle boating and using the kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, paddle boating and using the kayaks. If a person has health risks, or if a person swims, paddle boats and/or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant, you agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, paddle boating or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. Guest specifically accepts ALL liability for use of bunk beds on the property and understands that Owner and Owner’s Agent shall have no liability from any accidents, injuries, or death that may result from the proper or improper use of said bunk beds. Guest accepts said liability by voluntary use of said bunk beds.
