Stunning apartment with views of the Genil river

We love that you come to enjoy our beautiful apartment and its panoramic views on the banks of the Genil river! Located in the heart of Andalusia, it is lovingly decorated and full of charm. From this enclave you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the town: you will see the river, the bridge that crosses it, the river walk, the Mercantile Casino and the La Alianza building. It is an unforgettable place! 1hour by car to sunny beaches or even to the southernmost ski resort in Europe. The space It is located on the third floor without an elevator (you will not regret going up the stairs, we promise 😉) and has a large terrace, with perhaps the best views of the town where you can spend unforgettable moments simply observing the environment that surrounds you. It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed), a spacious living room with a smart TV, Wi-Fi and a very comfortable sofa. The kitchen open to the living room and peninsula very useful for lunch / dinner. Guest access The house is located in the old town, a very charming area with areas of interest. An ideal area for couples, families and young people, full of gastronomic and leisure offers ( mediterranean cuisine at "Califa" or morocan and included within Guia Michelín at "Alma"). Other things to note Its geographical location is privileged, being practically 1 hour by car (30-45mnts by train) from the most important Andalusian capitals (Córdoba and La Mezquita; Málaga and its Calle Larios; Seville and its Giralda; and Granada with the Alhambra and the southern ski resort in Europe). Besides of that, it is just 1h30mnts from Marbella, 2h30mnts from Tarifa (by car) and 2h30mnts from Madrid (by train). It has places of interest such as the Villa Romana de Fuente Álamo Archaeological Site, the Puente Genil Archaeological Museum, the Anzur Castle, the Via Verde del Aceite (great for bike routes)...
