Coming to Clarksville, TN for vacation, a family visit, or for work? This stunning one-bedroom home is spacious, comfortable, and full of the charm you'd expect from this newly remodeled classic space. Our home is situated in a sidewalk community of the Historic Clarksville, a short walk away from Austin Peay University, Dixon Park & Splash Pad, and a mile to downtown Clarksville. If you feel like venturing to Nashville, it's only a 45-minute drive to downtown, via Uber or car. Parking is also in the rear of the building, There are also camera on the outside for safety and security of our guest and the property. Guest access Guests have 24 hour access (smart lock) to the majority of the home, with the exception of a few housekeeping closets. Other than that, you’re free to make yourselves at home wherever you’d like. Other things to note All of the amenities you’ll need are here, with a full-size kitchen, large living area with a large-screen TV, couch, lounge chair, a shower-tub combo in the bathroom, a workspace in the living room, and a plush, king-sized bed fitted with quality bedding and a pillow-top mattress. We do have a pet fee of $25 per night, but our max is $250 per month; please limit pet size to 50 lbs. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is stocked to the gills with everything you can possibly need for meal-prep, aside from the food. Ample counter-space abound, it’s a great area to start and end each day, cooking meals and catching up with your friends and family. If you need anything during your stay, we can arrange to have groceries and supplies for you ahead of your arrival, or help obtain anything during your stay. Please feel free to reach out with us and we can provide more detailed information. We can’t help but try and make you feel as comfortable as possible while staying with us. You’ll find bottle water, coffee, tea, an array of snacks, along with homemade salsa and chips. If you have any particular allergies, please let us know and we will make sure to plan accordingly. All homemade items are yours to keep and take away. DINING AREA: Conveniently placed next to the kitchen, the dining table seats two comfortably for any meal or game night you might have during your stay. For larger groups, there are extra seating on the patio outside. LIVING ROOM: Our living room is designed for relaxation and socialization. Plenty of space to gather ‘round and watch television, play board games, or just converse. Cable-television is included, as well as a few games that are located in the entertainment center. The quaint office area provides a quiet place for you to work, catch up with emails, or your socials. WiFi is provided upon check-in. Pens and paper are provided, along with basic office essentials. BEDROOM: Our bedroom features include a King-sized bed, walk in closet stocked full of hangers, large set of dresser drawers, extra pillows and blankets, lamps for plenty of nightly reading, and a oil diffuser if you choose to bring your own soothing scents. Bathroom: Bathroom has a tub/shower combo and chair height toilet. We provide a variety of shampoos, conditioners, body soaps, and lotion. Our towels are fluffy and soft! We provide bath robes for lounging after a relaxing shower. A small gift basket of free toiletries is also included just in case you left something at home. TVs & SOUND SYSTEM: 2 Roku TVs with streaming capabilities, and Direct TV Stream for local channels. We take great pride in showcasing the best of what Middle Tennessee has to offer.
