Your family will be steps away from the beach when you stay at our "Endless Summer" Beach Condo. Our condo is located only 1 mile from the bridge and local amenities. Beach access is directly across the street. Enjoy the private pool, shared with only seven other condo units. The pool tentatively opens May 15 in 2024 and closes October 1 2024. Relax on the deck and enjoy the ocean views! We can't wait to host you and help your family create lasting memories just as we have with our own! Endless Summer is located on the second (top) floor of the unit. It’s also the closest unit to Ocean Blvd W so you’ve got the best views out of anyone in the building. You’ll walk up the stairs and open up the door leading into kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, cutlery, cutting boards, coffee maker, etc! From there you’ll walk right into the living room with a spacious couch and flat screen tv with smart tv settings. Don’t forget your Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon passwords! Bedroom 1: queen bed with 1 closets Bathroom 1: full bathroom with tub/shower Bedroom 2: twin over full bunk bed with 2 closets Bedroom 3: queen bed with 1 closet Bathroom 2: full bathroom with tub/shower Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed with 2 closets Don’t forget about the balcony off the living room and the pool /sun deck on the other side of the unit. There’s also a washer and dryer room available to our guests at no charge on the ground level. We have a keyless entry. You will be provided with the code prior to check in. Please note that the keyless entry is a two step process. Key in the code and then turn the lock to the left or right (to lock or unlock). Your stay is our main priority. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. We have a house manager available on Holden Beach who can connect with you in person if a situation arises. Holden Beach is North Carolina’s best kept secret. We are so thankful to have a little sliver of heaven to share with our guests. We hope Holden Beach is just as memorable for you and your family as it is for ours. You will have 2 dedicated parking spots located in front of the unit in the gravel lot. Please note, while we would love to accommodate all of our guests needs, we cannot guarantee additional parking spots, especially during the busy season. The less stressful your beach vacation, the better! Our house manager will provide clean sheets for each bedroom folded neatly on the end of the bed before your arrival. You will also be provided with bath towels, washcloths and bath mats in the same fashion. We will get the kitchen set up with towels and dishsoap. Please bring whatever you can think of to ensure your stay is comfortable. Of course there is Food Lion across the bridge and a great little general store about a mile down the road for last minute necessities! My wife and I have self managed our property since 2022. We have made multiple improvements in the off-season and will continue to do so for the comfort of our guests. We felt that moving away from the property management companies would help our guests have a more enjoyable experience with an added personal touch by our family.
