Located at the foot of the Beille plateau, 600 m above sea level, "La Petite Maison" welcomes you in its green setting, at the foot of the orchard, with its incredible view of the mountain. The nearby river will lull you night and day, to the sound of herd bells and birdsong. Ideal for nature and quiet lovers, hikers or cyclists. 15 minutes' walk to the village "Les Cabannes", where all shops and services await you. So park your car and enjoy! The space The "little house" has an area of 60 m2 on a fenced plot of 500 m2. During your stay, it is entirely and exclusively for you. It is modern and comfortable, quiet and surrounded by nature. It consists of: - a 30 m2 living room, with an integrated kitchen, a lounge area with sofa and TV, a "work" area, with a small table and a chair. This room has direct access to the south-facing terrace, with charcoal barbecue and deckchairs. - A bedroom with a 140 X 190 bed with a large closet. - A bedroom with two 90 X 190 beds with a large closet. - A functional bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. - A pantry with washing machine where you can drop off your equipment. - Two parking spaces - Bed and bath linens are not included in the booking amount. - On request before your arrival we prepare it for you: - for an extra €10 per bed, bed made for you. - for an extra €5 per person we provide towels (one large, one small towel and a washcloth). - Options are to be paid upon arrival. - The cleaning fee is required. - Free loan of a baby cot, on request. - Wi-Fi is limited to 1 GB per night, while waiting to do better thanks to the Fiber Optic that we have been requesting since October... No other solution for the moment, it's the mountains... Guest access The entire property and fenced garden are at your disposal, as well as two parking spaces.
