We rent our family home consisting of a large villa and an independent cottage, nestled in the heart of an olive grove on the heights of Tavernes. Unobstructed view of nature, heated Jacuzzi, large bright living space. 30 minutes from Lake Sainte Croix and 15 minutes from the Basses Gorges du Verdon. Our 2 adorable cats stay on site: we will simply ask you to feed them. The space You will enjoy a large family complex consisting of a main villa of 240 m2 and an independent cottage of 60 m2. The villa includes: - on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one with private bathroom, a toilet, a large bright living-dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and a veranda with some sports equipment. - upstairs, 3 bedrooms (including 2 doubles and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed) and a family bathroom. The air-conditioned cottage has a fitted kitchen, a seating area, 1 bathroom, a toilet on the ground floor and, upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 other with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with toilet. The whole offers ideal comfort for large families or groups wishing to share beautiful moments, while maintaining their privacy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire estate: the large main villa and the independent cottage, for a total of 15 comfortable beds. You will enjoy the private outdoor spaces, the heated Jacuzzi (accessible all year round) and the unheated pool in winter. The place is entirely reserved for your exclusive use, for a peaceful stay in the heart of Provençal nature. Other things to note Our house is a place of calm and rejuvenation, ideal for families and groups who respect the environment and the neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the spirit of the place, parties, noisy evenings or festive behavior are not allowed. We welcome guests who have already received positive feedback on Airbnb. New listings without reviews will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the profile and exchanges. 🐾 Presence of our two cats: they live here all year round, are autonomous (free access by cat flap) and simply ask for a little food and attention. Bed linen and towels: included for the winter period. Not included in summer (€12 per additional person). Swimming pool: not heated in winter. Jacuzzi: heated and accessible year-round.
