Our 46sqm apartment in a listed farmhouse is the ideal basis for your stay. Located close to the center, you can be in the middle of the city in 10 minutes by bike or public transport. A fitness studio, a supermarket, the Moritzhof cultural center and various dining options can be reached on foot. A small terrace, TV, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and a super comfortable bed round off your stay with us. The space The separate residential unit is located in the front building of the four-sided courtyard. You enter this and come first into a nearly 30 square meter living area, in which the fully equipped kitchen is also located. This includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, stove, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. Eating is done at the kitchen counter. This room also contains the couch, which offers an additional sleeping function with a bed box and pull-out part. A TV and WiFi are also available. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed and a desk. The door next to the bed visible in the photos is not accessible and is covered with a soundproof wall from the other side, where there is a corridor. So don't worry, it's purely decorative. In the bathroom next door you will find a shower, a washing machine, a toilet and a sink. In the mirror and base cabinet you will find plenty of space for your bathroom items. The small hallway of the apartment leads to the terrace, where you can sit and have breakfast in the warm season.
