Experience an optimal Seattle stay that's both quiet and comfortable yet conveniently located. The Coastal Room is fully outfitted with a queen-sized deluxe mattress, hotel-style bedding, blackout curtains, noise machine, personal desk, 42" TV w/ streaming, bath robes, towels, A/C unit & heater. Access to 2 covered patios w/ seating, fully-fenced backyard & available parking. Close to the action but just outside the city noise. Self-served continental breakfast provided each morning. The space A recent remodel design utilizes the entirety of this 1400 square foot home. Original Douglas fir wood floors, stairs & rails have been restored and refurbished throughout. The living room and kitchen now connect, exposing original, clear-cut studs with scars from early millwork. The custom bar top in the dining area is built from salvaged true old-growth Oregon Douglas fir, once milled to a length of 40 ft for shipbuilding. Most interior doors are old-growth Douglas Fir and Hemlock from B.C. Canada. All shelving is custom built from reclaimed wood. Guests have access to two covered patios, each with a set of chairs and small table. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer with room for storage, a portable dishwasher, microwave, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, tea pot, stocked kitchenware and an assortment of spices and condiments. The living room features a 75" LG TV w/ Vizio sound bar that is bluetooth capable. Guests have access to live channels, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, Paramount+, Apple TV+ and Amazon Fire Stick on this television as well as their personal TV. You have access to one private full bathroom on the first floor. Two personal bathrobes are provided. Guests have access Whirlpool washer/dryer during their stay on the first floor. During your stay I will cater to the needs of each guest, whether that be a guided experience or one of limited interaction. My goal is for you to feel as comfortable as possible staying here whatever your preference. Other things to note This is a fantastic location just minutes away from all Seattle has to offer. Access is quick and easy to major highways for exploring surrounding areas or commuting. It's a 15 minute drive to the airport or an easy Link Light Rail ride. It's just far enough away from downtown for some peace and quiet but still has walkable restaurants, shops and stores a couple blocks up the street. Stadiums are just down the road.
