With the school semester at an end, King’s University becomes a haven for travelers looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. What our guests love about our listing: - Apartment features 1260 sq ft with 6 bedrooms, 6 single beds, 2 bathrooms, a private kitchen and living room area that is perfect for large groups. - Coming back to an air conditioned room after being in the hot summer sun - Outdoor firepit to be enjoyed with friends and family. - Full access to the campus workout facilities for a daily workout - The short drive to Whyte Ave (one of Edmonton’s trendiest areas for shops, cafes, restaurants and bars 10 min) and Downtown Edmonton (15 min) - Tons of complimentary parking on campus - WIFI throughout the campus What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - With it being a campus, the apartment is purposefully minimalistic to allow students in the fall to create their apartment as they wish. The apartment is clean and spacious and we hope the amazing amenities we do provide will create an enjoyable stay - For security reasons we do not have self-check-in, however we have a dedicated staff and system to ensure access and security at all times. Whether you just want to relax on your bed, read a book on the couch or cook up a meal in the kitchen, this apartment has everything you need to enjoy your visit. This apartment comfortably sleeps 6 with six single sized beds and two full sized washrooms that include a shower, sink and toilet each so everyone can get ready for their day quickly! The six beds are split between six rooms, offering privacy and being great for larger groups. If your group is smaller and doesn’t need all the rooms, the apartment can be booked based on the number of rooms you need plus the common area. The living room area features comfy couches and a dining area to be enjoyed with colleagues and family. The Kitchen comes equipped with appliances such as a stove, fridge, oven and dish set. If the outdoors are more your thing, enjoy some fresh air by making use of the fire pit. Great for singing songs and making smores with friends and family! Guest access You have full and total access to the apartment, workout gym and outdoor firepit. Other things to note Additional guest fee apply after 6 guests We have Full CCTV coverage on all interior and exterior campus areas (All common spaces) Entry to the room will be by key fob and key accessed by the front desk during open hours and by security team during closing hours. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $250 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
