Upper level has 1.5 bathrooms, 5 beds with extra sleeping for 1-2 people on portable mattress. Downstairs on the main lake level, you will find an open concept living area with amazing lake views to enjoy all day. Plenty of seating for a group of 10-12. The kitchen boasts everything you need to make a meal for your large group, coffee bar and plenty of storage for your supplies. The expansive deck overlooks the lake with a gradual decent to the water where you will want to spend most of your day. New pergola added 2025 for great shade in the hot summer months! Plenty of seating, gas grill and charcoal grill for your use and only a few gradual steps down to the dock. We know everyone wants to have fun on vacation but we do not allow for organized parties such as bachelor, bachelorette or wedding receptions or fireworks. Parking: Plenty of parking for 6 vehicles or a boat trailer and 4 vehicles. Extras: 2 kayaks, stand up paddle board Dock: Large swimming platform with enough seating for your group. Refrigerator to hold your beverages cold. Easy Ladder makes it simple to get out of the water. A large floating Lilly Pad/Mat provided to lounge easily in the water and enjoy the sun. Fish from the dock, fish cleaning station for your use. We provide a covered 24x10 boat slip and have extra room to tie off another boat to the side of the dock. (Launch your boat at Millstone Marina) We do have a jet ski lift for your use as well. This is a no wake cove so even though you are near the main, kids and adults can swim and leisure in the water. Location: Situated in a quiet cove, swimming from the dock is easy and encouraged. We are located on the 7 MM of the lake. We are next to Millstone Marina and just across the lake from Shady Gators. We are around the corner from the popular Gravois Arm where many boaters love to go to eat, drink and cruise on the lake Tap and Grill is within walking distance and many places close by to eat or get supplies. Guest access Access to the entire house, deck and dock. Boat Dock and Jet Ski lift (on back side of dock) and 10x24 covered boat slip Remote access code will be provided on your check in day. Other things to note Expanded parking area includes driveway parking for two vehicles and across from the house we have a parking space that accommodates 3-4 additional vehicles and a boat trailer.
