Beautiful guest suite in the countryside - 70 m2 -

Relax completely in our very spacious, completely luxurious guest suite/guest house in the outskirts of Overasselt, a village near Nijmegen. In the nearby area, 500 meters walking distance, you can enjoy a lovely walk in the Overasseltse and Hatertse Vennen, 30 minutes cycling distance (or 15 minutes by car) you are in the oldest city of the Netherlands; Nijmegen. Our 70 m2 guest suite has a living area with luxury kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The space The guest suite has various rooms including a fully equipped luxury kitchen, is equipped with various kitchen inventory (plates, glasses, cutlery, Nespresso machine, kettle, pan set) and kitchen appliances (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave and oven). We do not provide breakfast. The supermarket Plus is located in our village 2.5 km away, where you can get delicious fresh bread, toppings or other groceries. The living area consists of a 2.5 sofa, coffee table, TV and 2 poufs. The dining table is nice and large with 6 dining chairs, where you can dine for a long time or possibly work. In the spacious bedroom, there is a large double Auping bed, a wardrobe, and you can step directly into the luxurious bathroom. The toilet entrance is in the hallway (located between the bedroom and the living area). In the hall there is also the entrance, a coat rack for your coats and there is space for your shoes. We will make sure that the bed is provided with bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are also provided. Outside, you can use wooden garden furniture (chairs and dining table) with cushions. The outdoor space in front of the guest suite (approx. 70 m2), consisting of grass, gravel and tiles, is entirely at your disposal during your stay. There you can enjoy the sun, read a book in peace or enjoy our garden rich in plants and flowers. We are happy to welcome you soon in our guest house.
