Casa das Violetas (400 meters from the center of Serra)

ou'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Casa das Violetas is a rental house for weekends and the high season. With 500m and lots of greenery, the house has several fruit trees, plants and flowers. It is about 400 meters from the shopping center, and you can reach the main bars and restaurants, supermarket, bakery and pharmacies within a 10-minute walk. The space Right at the entrance of the house, there is a grassy garden, a balcony with a hammock, tables and wooden chairs. In the garage, which can accommodate up to three small cars, there is a beautiful rustic wooden table, with two benches and a view of the garden/side yard, with jabuticaba, plum, acerola and banana trees, papaya and others. The house has a double bedroom, with a queen-size bed and a side table, as well as two bedside tables and a wardrobe, with hangers, for the comfort and convenience of guests. There is another bedroom with a double bed (box) and a single bed (box), and an extra mattress (available in the house) can be placed between the two beds. In this room, there is also a ceiling fan, wardrobes and hangers for guests. In the living room, there is a sofa bed and a 32" Smart TV In the kitchen, we have a cabinet with several basic utensils, such as plates, glasses, pots, cutlery, etc., as well as a refrigerator, stove, electric oven, sandwich maker, airfrier, blender and microwave. In the back of the house, just past the kitchen, there is a beautiful wooden deck with a sink, stove and several other kitchen utensils. From this wooden deck, we access the back porch. A living space with another sink, granite counters, small aluminum barbecue, and shower, to cool off! Guest access In addition to the delightful backyard, guests can enjoy two balconies. One in front of the house, with four chairs, in each of them. Still in front of the house, there is a small grassy area, with a covered garage for two vehicles or it can be used as a living area, as there is a beautiful rustic wooden table, which comfortably accommodates six people. In the back of the house, there is another balcony, also with a table and four chairs, plus a shower and small aluminum barbecue, plus an auxiliary sink. Other things to note There are two supermarkets. One of them right in the center, Super Serra, a 10-minute walk from the house. Above Super Serra, there is Super Serra Mix, with cell phone covers, chargers, buoys, towels, bed linens, stationery and more! About 2 km from the house, on the MG-10 (towards Véu da Noiva) there is a BH Supermarket, on the right side.
