The Old Coach House

Recently renovated top floor of an old Coach house in the garden of owner's Victorian property. It's self-contained with its own entrance accessed by wooden stairs and is not over-looked. Views are of garden/field. The property sleeps 3 comfortably (ideally couple/family). 5 max on sofa beds in the sitting room (with no blinds). Travel cot/babysitter available on request. Private garden to the back. There is a large storage shed if needed for bikes etc. The space King size bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space; “single bed cupboard/cabin” style bedroom - with curtain - in corridor; sofa bed in open plan sitting room (no blinds) with 55" freesat TV; bathroom with walk in shower; kitchen/tea making microwave and refrigerator facilities, oven/cooker; entrance with room for shoes and coats. Guest access There is parking in the owner's drive. Other things to note Please note the wooden steps to the property are unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues and young children should be supervised. There is a kid's playground 300m away. We have children as well as two dogs, two cats and chickens in the garden but they shouldn't disturb you. The property has a septic tank and therefore only toilet paper can be flushed. The cabin bed - is tucked in a small corridor outside of the bathroom and main bedroom and has a curtain as a door. 18 year old daughter is available for babysitting with reasonable rates!
