It has a double bed and three single beds. It has air conditioning for cooling/heating in the living room. The rest of the rooms have fans. It is fully equipped with everything you need in terms of kitchenware, towels, sheets, cleaning products, small appliances. All bedrooms have huge built-in closets full of hangers and drawers to facilitate the placement of personal clothes. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub and the other has a shower that makes it easy for older people to access. The house's furniture and decoration are not overloaded, which makes it easier to clean and move around in all areas of the house. The apartment faces south and has wonderful light and ventilation. Guest access It is located in the heart of Estepona surrounded by all the necessary services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, health center (with 24-hour emergencies), private hospitals, shops of all kinds and any other service imaginable. All food establishments (pizzerias, restaurants, hamburgers, kebabs, and others) have top-quality home delivery. You don't need to use the car at all. Park in the garage and forget about it during the holidays. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away (playa de la rada) with a blue flag. The atmosphere around the house is one of the best in Estepona in terms of restaurants, nightlife, clothing stores, supermarkets (Mercadona, Dia, Covirán, Don Jamón, Carrefour and Carrefour express, Aldi, Lidl, etc.), municipal sports facilities and the building is completely surrounded by municipal public parks full of daily cultural activities during the summer. Fun is guaranteed daily. Other things to note The building area is next to the national police and very close to the local police, with the town standing out for its security and total tranquility in the face of crime compared to other summer areas in other places.
