The Farmhouse & its Guest House

Our house is a cocoon in the middle of greenery, a place to relax 1.5 hours from Paris, to breathe, meet with friends, family. You can rest, enjoy the garden (terrace, hide-and-seek, soccer, swimming pool), enjoy the sunsets and wake up with the birdsong. La Fermette and its outbuilding, an ideal place for a relaxing stay for the whole family, young and old! The space Welcome to our Fermette, a property that is about 150 years old. We hope you will also fall in love with this old lady... In the main house you will find an equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and double bedroom with storage. Upstairs, an attic double bedroom with storage, a baby bed, a relaxation/reading/board games/DVD area and a toilet are accessible. The outbuilding includes an entrance with extra refrigerator and dryer, two double bedrooms with storage, as well as a shower room and toilet. There are many books and games, all over the house and outbuilding. We share them with pleasure and wish to find them again, of course... In the 3000 m2 garden, a large terrace with a table, a seating area, and two barbecues await you. The above-ground pool, 4.60 m in diameter and 1 m deep, will allow you to cool off and enjoy the sun. Guest access The entire property will be available for your use. It's up to you to organize meals, games and indoor and outdoor life. The memory-making machine is at your disposal! Other things to note La Fermette is at the gates of Le Perche. Between cultivated plains, wooded forests and hiking by bike or on foot, treasure hunting (geocaching) and heritage discovery, the region offers a wide range of activities. Various documents are available in the Fermette to guide you. Feel free to ask our lovely neighbors for advice. They know the area like the back of their hand! Take the time to listen to the birds, discover the trees of the property and in the evening, enjoy the starry skies... It seems that it is possible to catch the stars, just like that :)
