Peaceful Writer's Nook Enjoy a serene retreat on the UT/AZ border, just minutes from Coral Pink Sand Dunes and 40 minutes to Zion National Park. Nestled in a boutique glamp camp, this cozy space features a comfortable queen bed for two, an excellent heater, a desk, and an outdoor seating area with stunning views. Close to the bathhouse and outdoor kitchen. Perfect for writers and nature lovers! The space Property is a glamp camp located in a rural neighborhood on the outskirts of Colorado City, AZ on the Utah/AZ border. Very comfortable little house that is quiet and has full air/heat and fridge. This unit is located at the back of the property. Nice views and good space to get work done. This unit has own Wifi for those needing to work. The property has art all around it. Great place to be alone or connect with other travelers around the gas firepits if you are feeling social. Store just down the street and a cool little brewpub appropriately called Edge of the World. Say hi to the brewmaster, Ray. Our property has been described as a safe little sanctuary set off a bit from the hubub of Zion. Zion is about 50 minutes away, but the drive is amazing and there are a number of hikes and viewpoints along the way. We are close to Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Water Canyon and Gooseberry Mesa. FIRE Please do not light fire when there is WIND!!! Bring firewood. Communal fire pit. DOGS If you have a dog we ask that you please keep it near you at all times. If there are other dogs on the property you will need to leash up dogs. Also, please walk the property and pick up poop!!! Lastly we require a $20 fee for dogs. Please add dog in so fee is charged. Guest access You have full access to the property. Great outdoor shower and hot tub. We have community firepits, hammoucks, outdoor kitchen and flushing toilets. FIRE WE DO NOT ALLOW WOOD FIRES on our property. We have gas firepits because it’s safer due to high winds in our area. Gas is expensive these days, so we ask for $10 per day if you use the firepits. This can be paid by texting Shanti Hodges and I'll add on fire or use the typical payment gateways @shantihodges. Thanks so much for your understanding in this. Also when firepits are not in use please close the gas valves. And turn off firepits if you aren’t nearby them or run off to take a shower or bath. Other things to note This space is located close to the outdoor bathhouse and kitchens for convenient use! we have a fully equipped kitchen and a fridge available. There is also shared access to the hot tub.
