The 2bhk on our 1st floor has been made and maintained with lots of love & care. Being an avid traveller myself, my home is an extension of my simple pahadi roots with all the essential amenities & thoughtful touches for today's traveller. Our house is also a perfect midway base to go to Rishikesh/Haridwar/Airport/Mussoorie. The space 𓊍 With separate entry staircase from outside, the 2bhk on our 1st floor is located in a close knit residential colony near ISBT (bus stand). The whole space is yours including open access to backyard garden ❀ with gazebo and top terrace. 𓉞 The space has - • Two bedrooms with attached washrooms (geyser, AC/heater) • The huge master bedroom has smart tv, iron board while the other has a work desk too. • Fully equipped kitchen (you can cook/bake anything) • Spacious attached balcony with a cane swing • Huge living room with a dining corner & projector+speakers+Alexa • Cute garden to lounge • An open terrace to stroll • Ample parking inside as well as outside the house • ........and some magical homely vibes (we promise) ☆｡･:*:･,｡･:*:･ﾟ☆ ᯤ The space has Airtel WiFi with two routers and power back up. Since I also work from home, I assure you it's totally work-friendly! ⏯ The projector & TV comes with pre-logged in active Netflix & Prime subscriptions. ☑ Everyday housekeeping is available & already included in your booking. ♨ Food service is not available but hygienic & homemade food doorstep delivery is available from our friend's kitchen nearby. Also, you can cook in our kitchen or order via Zomato/Swiggy or Blinkit your essentials. ↪ Ola/Uber cabs/Rapido Autos are easily available at our location. Ola outstation is also there however we recommend pre booked taxis for going to Rishikesh/Haridwar/Mussoorie & others(contacts available) ☺ Guest access ♡ Be it 1 or 4 guests, the whole 2bhk with private balcony on first floor is all yours. You can also go up on the terrace on 2nd floor to see Mussoorie hills or come down to lounge/stroll in the backyard garden which has some picture perfect spots! [◉"] Other things to note Our TOP 5 house rules ☒ Strictly no smoking or illegal substance inside or around the premise. ☒ Strictly no loud music/activities that disturb the surroundings. We provide a projector but expect you to keep the volume to a medium. ☒ No unregistered guests allowed from outside. ⏻ Please be mindful of your electricity usage and waste management. ⏾ We offer privacy, peace and cleanliness and expect the same from all our guests.
