Welcome to our tiny house in Bannesdorf on Fehmarn. Not far from the town of Burg, the Puttgarden ferry port and the natural beaches of Presen and Klausdorf, you can relax and unwind here in your own garden - whether from the stress of everyday life at home or from the numerous events during the day on the island. If in the summer in Burgtiefe the bear dances or the water calls to numerous water sports, here you will find the subsequent peace and quiet for relaxation - gladly together with your dog. The space The Scandinavian-style, friendly and brightly designed house is about 45 square meters and stands on a completely fenced property in a side street in Bannesdorf. It can accommodate ideally 2 - 4 people. On the first floor, you will find a spacious and open-plan living, dining and cooking area with a centrally located Scandinavian cast iron fireplace, which warms up the premises very well in the low and winter season. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary and is designed for an occupancy of max. 6 people. A separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 × 2.00) and an open wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers is accessible from the living room and faces the garden. Also on the first floor is a daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, towel radiator, vanity and overlying mirror cabinet. From the utility room right next to the front door, you can reach the sleeping loft in the attic with a large skylight via a space-saving staircase. Here you will find a second sleeping option (1.60 × 2.00) or a retreat for cozy hours in bad weather. Please note that this sleeping option is NOT suitable for small children due to the risk of falling! The couch in the living room is armrestless and offers another sleeping option for one person. In the living room you will find a TV with satellite connection, a DVD player, some DVDs and a game collection. The large sun terrace faces southwest and invites you to linger in summer from early noon until evening hours. A cozy beach chair, plenty of seating, a grill, an outdoor shower, a water feature and various lights ensure a pleasant atmosphere until late at night. Of course, the terrace can be shaded with an awning. The garden is completely facing the back and not visible from the street - here you really have your peace! We are also happy to welcome your dog to the fully fenced property! - because who likes to go on vacation without their most loyal friend? Other things to note The city of Fehmarn charges a spa tax (EUR 1.50 in the low/shoulder season or 2.30 euros in high season per adult person/day). A QR code is provided in the accommodation for payment. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own bedding (sheets (1.60 x 2.00 meters), duvet, pillows and covers)! In case of any accidents - especially with small children - the mattresses are covered with protectors. If you need replacement sheets due to an "accident," please let us know! You must also bring your own hand towels and bath towels. Due to organizational reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer a rental or laundry service. There is no washing machine in the house. In Burg, you will find an Inselreinigung (textile laundry) and a self-service laundromat in the IFA Hotel. The house is a non-smoking house! There is NO electric car charging device at the house, and we expressly ask that you DO NOT charge via the normal power connection at the house, as it is not designed for this purpose! Please enquire about the expansion of charging stations on the island BEFORE booking and plan your times accordingly. We also reserve the right to charge extra for noticeably high electricity consumption due to e-scooters, e-bikes, or similar. Please be mindful of a resource-conserving lifestyle to protect our environment. The Internet/WiFi has finally been running via fiber optics since mid-September 2025. We very much hope for trouble-free operation. We are happy to welcome your well-behaved and house-trained medium-sized dog (up to 45 cm, max. 2 dogs; above that, max. 1 dog) are welcome! We do not accept cats because we believe that a vacation trip is only stressful for the animal. There is a bicycle rental shop across the road from the property, Bikehof Fehmarn.
