We refer to the optimal number of guests for the home to feel cozy, regardless of the villa's maximum capacity. It has seven bedrooms and four full bathrooms. On the first floor there is a small hall, a large living room with terrace, two double bedrooms with bathroom, one of them en suite, the kitchen and a large terrace from which you can have breakfast overlooking the sea. On the second floor there is a living room, a bathroom, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and a bedroom with two single beds. Downstairs there is a bedroom with four bunk beds with a trundle bed, a dining room, a game room from which you can access the pool, a bathroom and the garage. In the garden, in addition to the pool, there is a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area and a covered chill-out area from which to enjoy the sunset.
