The basement level boasts a second living area with Roku TV, a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer. Upstairs on the second level, there are two queen bedrooms (one with a Roku TV) that share a full "Jack and Jill" bathroom. The second bedroom can be set up as an office upon request. There is one designated parking spot and a second car can be parked on the street for free once it is registered with the property manager.
