3 Venti – Maistro

Leave all your worries behind in this spacious and serene space, located next to the most beautiful beaches of the island (Paleokastritsa, Rovinia, Paradise Beach, etc.). Ideal for short and long stays, as it has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable and safe stay. It consists of 4 different rooms (Living room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom), while it also has a large balcony with a sitting area. There are free parking spaces a few meters away from the apartment. The space "3 Venti-Maistro" is a newly renovated apartment in the village of Liapades in Corfu, in the most popular area of the island, Paleokastritsa. Upon entering the space, the first room the guest notices is the living room which includes a sofa/bed, a coffee table and a larger table where guests can enjoy their food. The kitchen consists of a two-burner stove, a cooking oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a sink, a refrigerator and all the necessary cooking utensils. In the fully renovated bathroom there is a shower, a toilet (WC), a sink and shelves for placing products. The bedroom is quite spacious and comfortable, consisting of a large double bed, a small sofa, a desk, a TV, a large wardrobe with hangers and drawers for clothes or luggage. Finally, the balcony is quite large and comfortable, ideal for relaxing moments in the outdoor dining area. There is also the possibility of using a washing machine completely free of charge, which is located in a closed safe garage right next to the apartment. You can use it after contacting us so that we can give you access to the garage. There is plenty of free parking space about 50-100 meters away from the apartment in a municipal parking lot. The apartment is close to at least 10 restaurants and taverns with all kinds of food (pizza, pasta, burger, traditional food, seafood, etc.). The nearest supermarket is 200 meters away and there are 3 larger ones about one kilometer away. Most importantly, the sea is just a 15-minute walk away. One of the most famous beaches in Corfu, Rovinia, is just a 20-minute walk away, while other smaller beaches are about the same distance away. The central beach of Paleokastritsa is a 10-minute drive from the apartment, or 20 minutes by long-distance bus, whose stop is 100 meters from the house. The easiest way to get to Liapades from Corfu town, or vice versa, is via the national road (Paleokastritsa national road). The distance from Liapades to Corfu Town Center is about 30 minutes by car and 40 minutes by intercity bus. Guest access In addition to the apartment's facilities, there is the possibility of using a washing machine located in a garage right next to the apartment. Its use is done after consultation with us. Other things to note In case there are more than 2 guests, then the sofa bed (queen size bed) in the living room can be used.
