The property also features 24/7 security by a guard, giving you extra peace of mind during your stay. When you stay here, you’ll have exclusive access to the upper part of the house, the private pool, and the back garden. The gardens and pool are entirely yours to enjoy. The ground floor is occupied by the owner and is not part of the rental. Our host, a 60-year-old woman, lives on the ground floor but shares no doors or entrances with you, only the main gate is shared to enter the property. She cannot see or access the pool or garden, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed. The ground and upper floors have completely separate entrances, ensuring full seclusion and peace of mind. The villa, Dar a Sakina, is located a bit off-road, so it is necessary to have a car to reach the property. 3. For security and comfort reasons, we kindly ask that only the guests specified at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the villa.
