Our friendly guard resides in a small house at the entrance, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay. Guest access Dar a Sakina is located in the peaceful countryside between Saida and Berkane, featuring a spacious 1.5-acre property filled with olive trees. The villa is surrounded by high walls, with no neighboring properties nearby. Additionally, the villa has a protective wall, ensuring that no one can see inside, providing complete privacy. When you rent this property, you will have access to the upper part of the house, a private pool, and a private back garden. You will have exclusive use of the gardens and pool, but the ground floor is occupied by the owner and is not part of the rental. Our host, a 52-year-old woman, lives on the ground floor but does not share any entrances or doors with you. You will only share the main gate to enter the land. Rest assured, she cannot see or access the garden or pool, so your privacy is 100% fully maintained. The ground and upper floors have entirely separate entrances, ensuring no visual contact and full seclusion. You can fully enjoy the garden and pool without any concerns. As a reminder, we want to stress that the use of the pool is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any associated risks. Children are welcome to enjoy the pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times 2. The villa, Dar a Sakina, is located a bit off-road, so it is necessary to have a car to reach the property. 3. Our property has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. However, for groups larger than 8, we kindly request an additional fee of 125 euros to cover additional costs. We want to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and this additional fee will help us maintain the quality of our amenities and services. For security and comfort reasons, we kindly ask that only the guests specified at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the villa. If additional people arrive during your stay, an extra fee of 25 euros per person per night will be charged.
