The space Everything you need within a few blocks, including great food, entertainment, nature and easy access to public transit. Let this be your ultimate Toronto retreat. This basement suite is your private space when you book with us. There is a separate entrance, and the bathroom is for your exclusive use when you book. There is quiet bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. You may hear us a little in the early mornings and early evenings but it’s overall a very quiet environment. In the Summer months, the space can get pretty cool and you should bring a warm sweater, but we have plenty of blankets for you, too. The accommodations are comfortable for just 1 or 2 occupants. The space includes our family's art studio + creative space so enjoy all the masterpieces :-) Guest access You will have a separate entrance from the side of the house. Your space is a private suite with one bedroom, and has its own bathroom, den area, tv area and a desk for a workspace. Please note there is no kitchen, however you'll have the use of a bar fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Other things to note Temporary on-street parking permits are available for purchase up to a week ahead of your stay from the City of Toronto's website, but a non-transferable license number is required to apply, so if you're renting a car, it probably won't work for you.
